Information you choose to share
When direct delivery is available, submitting the form sends your contact details and inquiry through our mail provider to Everline Scientific. A confirmation reference is shown only after the mail service accepts the request. If direct delivery is unavailable, the form prepares an email for you to review and send using your email provider. Preparing an email draft alone does not deliver your inquiry.
Browser storage
Your selected quote items are saved in this browser so you can build a request across pages. Contact form details are not saved in browser storage. Notes you add to quote items are stored with that list; do not include personal or patient information in those notes. You can remove quote items from the request page.
Inquiry handling
Information you email is used to review and respond to your inquiry. Please do not send patient information. For privacy questions or requests concerning information you have provided, contact infoeverlinescientific@gmail.com.
